Dr. Richard Rood, professor at the U-M Department of Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering, was interviewed for an article titled “DTE Energy, Consumers Energy face power-outage challenges” by the AP News. He discussed the risks involved in the Michigan ice storms and how similar sever weather events could increase with the changing climate.
